Lisa Rafter is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
Lisa Rafter has been in the equipment leasing and specialty finance industries for over 30 years, most notably as publisher of Monitor Magazine, ABF Journal, IFA's Commercial Factor magazine and NACLB’s DealMaker Magazine. Lisa is also CEO of Molloy Associates. Molloy is a boutique executive recruitment firm focused on the equipment finance and asset-based lending industries. In addition, Lisa is Founder & CEO of Stripes Leadership Program, a program designed to develop the leaders of tomorrow’s equipment finance industry.
As the former editor and current publisher of the aforementioned publications, Lisa was instrumental in the creation of many ground-breaking products such as the Monitor 100, the annual ranking of the top 100 equipment finance companies, monitordaily.com, the industry’s first website and daily e-news blast, World Leasing News, the industry’s first online magazine, and ABF Journal, the asset-based lending industry's first independent publication.
Lisa’s commitment to high performance doesn’t stop at the workplace. She is also involved in numerous community-building projects and services. Lisa delights in giving a voice to the unheard and, through various leadership roles, strives to provide people with the tools and distinctions to live an extraordinary life. With this commitment, Lisa has served on the boards of non-profit organizations and also has volunteered for many community organizations dedicated to serving at-risk populations. Currently, Lisa is on the board of MAGIC Charities and serves as the Chair for the Adoption & Foster Care Committee.
Erin Rafter is the Program Manager of STRIPES.
Erin provides administrative, organizational, program and operational support for the President and Executive Director of STRIPES Leadership Program. She is responsible for the program’s calendar, communication and logistics between third party educational partners, program participants and their organizations. She is the key administrative liaison to the STRIPES leadership team and overall program operations.
Erin has a BA in Communication from the University of Dayton.
Susan Campbell is the Program Ambassador and Coach.
Susan’s positive energy, generosity of spirit, creativity and vast management and leadership experience form the basis of her coaching style. As co-creator of STRIPES, Susan believes there’s a leader in all of us and it’s just a matter of how, when and where our leadership gift emerges. Susan is a self-described life-long learner who aspires to draw the best out of others on a whole being, fully functioning, never ending continuum. Whether it’s - empathy, listening, a soft place to land - or education, tips or teaching moments - or diagnostics, tough love or a kick in the butt, Susan sets the conditions for individuals to open up, explore, confront, struggle and transform.
Prior to joining STRIPES as Program Ambassador and Coach, Susan spent 30+ years in Corporate and Institutional Banking managing and leading teams at all levels on a regional and national basis within the commercial real estate finance industry.

Eileen Schoonmaker is a human-centric, transformational leader and respected industry expert with more than 35 years of experience in vendor finance. She retired from DLL in 2023 after over 23 years with the company. Throughout her DLL career, she held multiple senior leadership roles including SVP Operations, SVP and Manager of Business Information and U.S. Chief Operating Officer. She was the first DLL U.S. country manager with P&L responsibility for a $10B portfolio.
Ellen Comeaux is an accomplished and respected business leader with more than 30 years of experience in commercial finance and strategic development, helping business to successfully tackle their most difficult challenges and achieve their goals. Ellen has recently embarked on the next phase of her career journey, where she plans on sharing her passion for authentic leadership and transformative change with others in the industry. Comeaux built her leadership and change agent focus through her various commercial roles with more than 24 years with General Electric under GE Capital, GE Real Estate, and GE Capital Bank. Most recently, Comeaux spent eight years with EverBank, where she led the vendor equipment finance and commercial real estate business lines.
Wendi is the Founder and CEO of Wasik Consulting (www.wasikconsulting.com). She brings 25 years of experience in leadership development, effective communication, and performance coaching, working with high-performing executives and emerging leaders across diverse industries such as advertising, banking, public accounting and professional services, healthcare, television broadcasting, utilities, and multinational commercial real estate. She has collaborated with companies such as BBDO, Citibank, KPMG, PwC, Einstein Healthcare Network/Jefferson Health, QVC, Northwest Natural, Tishman Speyer, among many others.
An intuitive facilitator, speaker and coach, Wendi partners with clients to identify and transform familiar and comfortable patterns which impede individual and organizational performance, and in doing so, accelerates their capacity to lead and communicate effectively in today’s fast-paced and highly competitive global market. She has a proven record of helping executives managing an onslaught of rapidly expanding responsibilities and stakeholder expectations to prioritize next steps and move beyond self- limiting thought patterns and behaviors.
Beyond her work as an executive coach and leadership development consultant, Wendi is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and has spoken about nonprofit governance at many of its national programs. She hasbeen named an NACD Board Leadership Fellow. Wendi is also a passionate advocate for women. She speaks regularly tocorporate women’s groups and served on the Board of Directors of Women International Leaders.
In addition, Wendi serves on the National MS Society’s Board of Directors, as well as its Greater Delaware Valley Board of Trustees.She previously served as Board Chair of Beyond Celiac, formerly known as the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness. Wendi isan adjunct professor at Temple University’s Fox School of Business Center for Executive Education. She has also taught for Temple’sInternational Executive MBA program in Cali, Colombia, has been a guest lecturer at California State University’s Doctoral Program inEducational Leadership, and has served as a Senior Leadership Advisor at The Wharton School’s Small Business Development Center.
Wendi received an M.S. degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and attended international economicand organizational management programs at Oxford University and London University. Additionally, Wendi is certified as an“Ambassador of Applied Compassion” by the Center of Compassion and Altruism Research Education at Stanford University. She alsoreceived an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.Wendi has also completed several courses at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation and is a Fellow of The Institute of Coaching at McLean, Harvard Medical SchoolAffiliate. Wendi received a B.S. degree in Psychology from Rosemont College.
