What is the expected time commitment for participants?

STRIPES Leadership Program is a 6 month, rich and unique leadership development experience. Time commitments range from 5-10 hours per month. With a mixture of Business Workshops, Master Talk/Roundtables, Transformational Group Coaching Sessions, Transformational Workshops, Independent Working Cohort Groups and Individual Program Coaching, STRIPES cultivates a transformative journey to leadership advancement.

Who is this program designed for?

STRIPES is applicable for executive management, existing and emerging leaders, and high potential individuals including C-suite executives, senior management and all functional leadership roles. Our participants will be transformed in their thinking both professionally and personally. STRIPES stimulates the yearning for life-long learning, exploration, transformation and advancement.

Is this an in-person or virtual program?

STRIPES is conducted as a live and interactive program via Zoom with the exception of the Transformational Leadership Launch, hosted in Philadelphia.
