Overview

STRIPES Leadership Program is a 10 month, rich and unique leadership development experience. With a mixture of assessments, master talks, master workshops, mentor module, breakthrough discussions, and leadership development plans, this program cultivates a transformative journey to leadership advancement. Our curriculum is designed to present opportunities for participants to expand both personally and professionally to enhance their leadership potential.

 
 

Breakthrough Leadership Self-Assessment (BLSA)

In Partnership with Gap International

 

The BLSA is a tool for leaders to assess their own level of leadership. Leaders will receive immediate scores so they can focus on critical development areas and opportunities.

 

3 Day Breakthrough Intensive Program

In Partnership with Gap International

 

Practices of breakthrough thinking, dispelling existing frames of thinking from the past, and removing barriers and limiting beliefs with the outcome of producing unprecedented results.

Living Leadership
Development Plan

3-5 Year Outlook/Plan

 

A living plan that requires leaders to regularly revisit objectives to ensure accountability and to benchmark against goals. The ILLDP enables participants to outline the steps required to unleash leadership potential.

 

Mentor / Mentee Program

Agreement and Accountability

 

Guidelines establishing a commitment, bond and accountability between mentors and mentees for development and growth.

 

Master Talks

Led by Recognized Industry Leaders

 

Master Talks delivered by recognized industry leaders. The carefully curated talks have instructors with unique experiences and deep perspective.

 

Master Workshops

Led by Recognized Industry Leaders
and Leadership Experts

 

Master Workshops will be delivered by recognized industry leaders and best-in-class leadership experts. Workshops will involve deeper work, assignments, business scenarios and interaction.

 

4 Breakthrough Reflection Sessions

The Breakthrough Reflection Sessions offer a thought-provoking continuation of the outcomes from the BLSA and Breakthrough Intensive Program.

 

10 Monthly Mentor Meetings

Led by CEO, Lisa Rafter &
Executive Director, Laura Backe

 

Monthly group-wide mentor meetings to provide infrastructure and accountability to support the mentor / mentee relationship.

 

Independent Working Cohort Groups

Working Participant Groups

 

Small, independent groups will work together to support the content and outcomes of the program.
