Our goals will include how to effectively manage human capital, not only to create a better work environment, but to maximize output and productivity.

Sherry Lowe Johnson is an attorney who has more than 20 years of experience practicing law in the area of equipment leasing and finance. She matriculated at Purdue University and the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. Lowe Johnson represented financial institutions and equipment leasing companies in complex litigation, bankruptcy and transactional matters. In 2018, Lowe Johnson joined the U.S. Legal department of Volvo Financial Services as a Director, Senior Counsel where she provides legal advice and support on critical issues related to equipment leasing and finance. During her career, she gained notable experience successfully managing various tiered employees. She often has been commended for great leadership and particularly in relation to her management style.
Summary
Exploration and discussion about the value of human capital and intertwine my experiences along the way, addressing great leadership contrast to bad/ineffective leadership and the cost associated with it. This workshop addresses understanding differences in people, races, women versus men with the goal of expanding how we think while also seeking understanding from those who think differently.
