Keith Henry is the Founder and CEO of Sawbux, a marketing, data, research and growth consulting firm exclusively dedicated to serving the growth needs of B2B capital providers and commercial equipment sellers. With 25+ years of experience in debt and equity origination, P&L leadership, marketing and sales enablement his firm brings unique experience, one-of-a-kind research insights, and breakthrough marketing tactics to power the growth of their 100+ clients. He has been a featured speaker at the Blackstone CEO Conference, ACG’s DEALMAX Conference, and the NEFA Annual Funding Symposium. Before his leadership of Sawbux, Keith worked in sales, marketing, and leadership roles with Ryder, GE Capital, and PNC Financial Services, among others.

Donna Yanuzzi

Donna Yanuzzi is the Executive Vice President at 1st Equipment Finance, a subsidiary of Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company. She began her career as an editor for TV Guide Magazine before being recruited by Gary P. Cook, then President of Bank Capital Services (BCSC), in 1997, which later became F.N.B. Equipment Finance. Yanuzzi advanced to the role of Managing Director at F.N.B., where she was instrumental in building the business into a top 50 bank finance/leasing company in the United States, with a portfolio approaching $1 billion in assets. After more than 23 years in the industry, Yanuzzi retired in 2021. Her retirement was short-lived, as she assumed her current role later that year, driven by a passion for mentorship and business development. Honored with Converge 2024’s Mentor of the Year Award, Yanuzzi returned to the industry with a focus on mentoring and developing the next generation of talent. She served as a STRIPES Leadership Program mentor for a member of STRIPES’ Alumni Group, Jim Wall of PEAC Solutions.
